i’ve decided to apply to at least 5 schools.

i know i said i’d only go to SCCC because of eric being in berne.

and maybe that’s a smart choice, because i’ll be able to go for practically nothing.

but i really do want to experience the city.  so i’ll choose 4 other schools.

probably Hyde Park, Nassau CC, NY Institute of Technology in Manhattan, and CUNY NYC College of Technology.

all have decent culinary programs.  and they’re all a relatively short AMTRAK ride away.

i won’t leave the state.  but i’d still be within a decent distance from everything i’m familiar with.
